Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipping) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 1-Day Return Policy under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Returns will only be accepted for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product received

  • Missing accessories in the package

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Process

  • Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product (if defective/damaged).

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or request you to ship the product back.

  • After inspection, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
