Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipping) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a 1-Day Return Policy under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Returns will only be accepted for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged product received
- Missing accessories in the package
Note: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process

- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
